Elise Grey is the pen name of an information consultant who's happily taken her formidable research skills from the land of facts and data into that of storytelling. Like many librarians, she is fond of a well-told tale, believing that books are the cheapest form of meaningful travel and respite.

Elise enjoys stories that engage the reader in journeys ordinary and epic, allowing them to also learn a something new about another culture or time.  Following the lead of some of her favorite stories, intrepid women and girls of all ages feature prominently in her storytelling, 

A military brat exposed to different cultures and lands at an early age, Elise currently lives in the Mid-Atlantic where she supports an aged parent.
